Hellooo everybody, good morning!
I AM SUPER GRATEFUL
- TO SHARE EACH DAY OF YOUR GROWTH JOURNEY WITH YOU.
- THAT YOU'RE A PART OF MY JOURNEY TOO.
I have something exciting to share with you today as you START your DAY and MONTH.
Jim kwik says "one day, we'll take our final breathes, and none of these external opinions and internal fears will matter".
I ADD....
Isn't this a powerful piece of information to know....that we're putting alot of our energy and focus, attaching a lot of importance to the wrong things:
- other people's opinion
- gripping fears
...and letting these things that don't matter stunt our growth, impede our life journey, stop us from creating our dream reality and being successful in every aspect of our life, strangling our happiness, squeezing the joy out of our life.
Now is the time to focus on more important things:
- New perspective on what is important in life,
- greater self-awareness,
- insight into what we need more and less of in life,
IMPLEMENT TODAY 1
1: Each day, write JUST ONE thing (opinion or fear) that holds you back. A short sentence NOT an essay.
2: Take your power back by saying...from today, you have no power over me. Be fully present (not distracted) and believe in the power of your words while you're saying this to yourself.
3: Tear it up and discard it.
4: If it didn't work that day....repeat steps 1 to 3 daily until it becomes a new thought that replaces your old way of thinking, it becomes a new habit that inspires new actions that create new results.
IMPLEMENT TODAY 2
1:Write ONLY 3 things you are very grateful for NOW (one short sentence each).
2: Put it in your pocket/wallet/purse/phone case, middle of your diary or a book you are currently reading.
3: Each day, add ONLY 1 more thing you are grateful for in your life.
4: At each point today and everyday, look at it and let gratitude...appreciation flow through you.
IMPLEMENT TODAY 3
Either
1: on a piece of paper which you will also put in your pocket/wallet/purse/phone case, middle of your diary or a book you are currently reading...draw or write JUST ONE word or phrase DAILY that represent whatever you want to be, do or have in your life.
OR
2: on a board which you will hang in your bedroom or somewhere you can see it daily, cut and paste JUST ONE image DAILY that represent whatever you want to be, do or have in your life.
***This is called a "vision board". It is used to help clarify, concentrate and maintain focus on a specific life goal. So put some thought in what you add on it. Make sure it is something tangible that brings meaning ... life... joy.... happiness...fulfilment. Remember, this is personal to YOU, DON'T seek others opinion nor let fear OVERRULE what you add on it.
